The Biden administration has once again moved to break federal laws in the name of promoting abortion. Last month, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) issued a new regulation, effective immediately, that allows the VA to perform abortions, even in states that have established legal protections for the unborn. In addition to violating state sovereignty, this rule would violate federal law that since 1992 has prohibited the VA from performing or counseling in favor of abortion. This new regulation has already led to one abortion happening at a VA facility, and likely many more to come.

The period for public comment on this regulation ends on Tuesday. This rule is already being implemented, so the VA needs to hear from you now! We've provided a template for you but highly encourage you to personalize it and make it your own.

In their determination to promote abortion at all costs, the progressives in charge of Veterans Affairs have taken matters into their own hands rather than attempting to change the law through proper channels.

It is vital that we show the Biden administration that it is not above the law. Submit a comment now in opposition to this rule!

By law, the VA is required to review your public comment so your voice will be heard. The activists on the Left are mobilizing comments, so your voice is greatly needed!
