* Our first piece of legislation -- the Protecting Affordable
Mortgages for Veterans Act, signed into law yesterday -- helps
veterans access home loans, pay off their mortgages and keeps
them safe from scams.
* The other -- our LEGION Act, which will be signed into law soon
-- gives thousands of unrecognized U.S. veterans access to the
benefits and resources they've earned.
This is huge progress for our veterans. I'm so proud we pushed
through partisan bickering and gridlock in Congress to get stuff
done.
