First and foremost, THANK YOU for being a part of our team during our mad end of quarter dash. We're still adding up our total haul, but I can report today that, thanks to folks like you, we're in a far better position to take on Alek Skarlatos and his massive MAGA warchest.

I have always admired Peter DeFazio's independent leadership. He has always stood up for our values, whether it meant taking on powerful CEOs or Presidents of either party. People here know that Peter fights for us, first and foremost. That's why he's earned the trust of voters from across the political spectrum - I've talked to many Republicans over the years who tell me that there are only two Democrats they vote for: me, and Peter DeFazio.

John, the reason I've earned Peter DeFazio's support is because he knows that I will continue his legacy of delivering results for Oregonians and telling it straight - I've never been accused of not speaking my mind.

This country needs leaders who aren't afraid to be honest, transparent, and independent.

My opponent, Alek Skarlatos, ran against Peter DeFazio two years ago as a hardcore MAGA Republican. After finding out that Oregonians aren't interested in electing a Trump lackey, Alek decided to rebrand himself this time around. Now, he's hiding from his real positions and trying to trick voters into thinking he's a moderate.

Alek thinks he can fool Oregonians, but we know who he really is:

Alek opposes the minimum wage and the Affordable Care Act.

Alek cares more about Donald Trump than about our democracy.

Alek opposes abortion access and wants to defund Planned Parenthood.

Alek doesn't have the courage to run on his true positions because he can't win if Oregonians know about his allegiance to the MAGA agenda. So, he's shape-shifting right before our very eyes in an attempt to become more acceptable to voters.

John, you'll never have to question where my values lie because my positions don't change based on the political winds. You can trust I'll stand with you, because I always have and nothing is going to change that.
