John, last night on the debate stage, Mike Flood showed us who he’ll really represent in Congress.

Here’s what he had to say on the issues hurting working Nebraskans:

• When discussing gun control, he pointed to his support from the Lincoln Police Union — yet he’s voted against 5 of 6 bills that our law enforcement has supported.
• Voting to codify same-sex and interracial marriage is a “fear mongering tactic.”
• Relating to abortion, he says we should “support exceptions for life of mother, rape, and incest,” despite cosponsoring one of the most draconian abortion bans — without exception for rape, incest, or life of the mother — this year in the Nebraska Legislature.
• Capping drug prices, like insulin, is “socialist.”

Mike Flood isn’t in Congress fighting for working Nebraskans like you and me — he’s using his voice and his vote to support extreme agendas that don’t actually address any of the issues hurting our working families right now.

He voted against our law enforcement. He voted against same-sex and interracial marriage. He voted against contraception and abortion access. He even voted against capping prescription drug costs.

He claims to “protect our personal freedoms,” but John, his four months in Congress prove that he's just talking out of both sides of his mouth.
