I wanted to reach out to extend a heartfelt thank you for your support. Over the past few weeks, we’ve really ramped up our voter outreach efforts to connect with folks across the state of Wisconsin — and we’ve been able to do so because of you.

Holding onto the Senate majority is crucial, and here’s an important reminder why:

On Friday, the official investiture of Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson took place. Earlier this year, Justice Jackson made history as the first Black woman to sit on the Supreme Court, and she is far-and-away one of the most qualified legal minds to ever sit on the bench. I’m so proud of Justice Jackson and of all the folks who made her nomination and appointment possible.

Here’s the thing: If Democrats hold onto the Senate, we can keep nominating history-making judges. We can keep appointing Cabinet officials who break barriers and put in the hard work to make our lives easier. We can keep passing legislation to combat the climate crisis, to expand affordable health care, and to get weapons of war off our streets. And we can finally codify reproductive rights and marriage equality into federal law. The stakes are sky-high.

That’s why I’m entering this final stretch before Election Day fired up and ready to elect Democrats up and down the ballot. I hope you’ll join me in these efforts.
