TDI issues final order for TWIA's petitions to increase liability limits

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has modified the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association's (TWIA's) petitions to increase its maximum liability limits. The adjustments apply to windstorm and hail insurance policies delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed on or after January 1, 2023. The petitions do not affect TWIA rates.
