Dear Friend, 

Early First Saturday morning, which is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Cardinal Burke offered a Votive Mass of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, from his private chapel in Rome, for the Operation Storm Heaven Prayer Warriors, as well as all who submitted intentions. The Holy Mass was live on Catholic Action’s Facebook and YouTube Channels.

In the homily, Cardinal Burke:

Reminded us that there is tremendous confusion, division, error and violence in our society and even in our church. We are called to pray even more fervently to God for peace.

Elaborated on October being the month of the Holy Rosary and the historical Muslim Battle at Lepanto. Pope Pius V called on Christians throughout Europe to pray the Rosary, for a victory. The pope also asked for Rosary Processions. It was through Our Lady of the Rosary that the battle was won on October 7. 

Thanked all Rosary Warriors for their dedication in praying the Holy Rosary for the needs of the Church, especially in “Storming Heaven" - to pray for peace, for the whole world, especially the peace of Christ.
