Biden
Approval Rating Sinks Below 40%, Signaling Potential Reversal Of A
Political 'Comeback': POLL
President Biden's approval rating dipped to 39% in a new poll released
this week, appearing to contradict the narrative that he is making a
"comeback" among voters. Far from a political rebound, President
Biden's disastrous handling of the economy has primarily continued to
drag his popularity down.
'Actions Speak Louder Than Words': Kansas Governor Lied about Her
Stance on Men in Women's Sports, New Ad Claims
A new ad from the Republican Governors Association is calling out
Democrat Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly's lie to voters about her position on
men competing in women's sports. While she claimed in a recent ad that
"of course men should not play girl's sports," Gov. Kelly completely
reversed this statement in a follow-up interview, deferring to the NCAA
as the ultimate authority on this decision for college athletes.
White House urges conversation on Atlanta Braves name change... on same
day Biden hosts team
Just hours after President Biden congratulated the Atlanta Braves on
their 2021 World Series championship - using the team's name numerous
times - White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre called for a
"conversation" on picking a new name for the baseball team. While other
professional sports teams have changed their name in recent years over
backlash from Native American communities, the Atlanta Braves have
received mixed reactions, with many expressing that it is not offensive
to their native communities
South Dakota
GOP Gov. Kristi Noem announces 'largest tax cut in South Dakota history'
South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem this week announced that she is proposing
the elimination of the sales tax on ALL grocery purchases in the state,
a move that is estimated to reduce taxes on residents by as much as $100
million. The tax cut, Gov. Noem says, is meant to counteract President
Biden's disastrous economic policies: "I have seen families across
South Dakota struggling to make ends meet with rising inflation because
of President Biden's policies. His failed liberal agenda has caused
the cost of food to skyrocket, and family budgets are being stretched
thin."
