Last week was an extraordinary week in Congress.

Faith, Family, and Freedom

Last week was an extraordinary week in Congress. Sadly, the House voted in
strictly partisan fashion to impeach the President with the sole purpose of
undoing the 2016 election and altering the outcome of 2020. A day later, I was
pleased to help pass a trade agreement that will truly unleash the economic
engine in Minnesota – positively impacting tens of thousands of jobs in our
home state. It is welcome news for our farmers, manufacturers, and small
businesses.

With Christmas just days away, let’s put politics on the back burner. After
nearly a year of serving you in Congress, I want you to know how humbled and
honored I remain each and every day when I step onto the House floor and cast
my votes for you and the 8th district.

During this holiday season, I hope you will be able to enjoy those close to
you and pause to reflect on and celebrate what is most important: faith,
family, and the freedoms we enjoy.

Jodi and I would like to wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
