Dear Team,

It's been 100 days since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade
in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.

Today, nearly 80 million people in the U.S. live in a state where
abortion is now illegal. At least 50 clinics have been forced to cease
abortion services, and clinics in other states have become inundated
with patients. When clinics close, entire communities lose access not
only to abortion, but often to other essential sexual and reproductive
health care services.

We are experiencing a public health emergency in the U.S. that will
only get worse.

We are working diligently to restore abortion rights state by state,
but we're facing a long fight ahead. I want to thank you for being
with us these past 100 days. Because of your support we have been able
to continue to confront the legal chaos unleashed by the Court's
decision.

Abortion is currently illegal in 13 U.S. states. To stay up to date on
what abortion access looks like in your state you can explore the
Center for Reproductive Rights' interactive map, "After Roe Fell:
Abortion Laws by State" which examines state laws, constitutions,
ballot initiatives, and court decisions on abortion, updated in real
time.

Knowing we can count on you moving forward is even more important as
the attacks on reproductive rights show no sign of slowing. Thank you
for your support as we continue to build, enforce, and defend legal
protections for reproductive rights around the world.

In solidarity,

Nancy Northup
President & CEO
