Americans are losing faith in our highest court — and for good reason: 8 out of 10 Americans wanted to see Roe v. Wade preserved. SCOTUS struck it down anyway. More and more, the court has been issuing extreme, out-of-touch decisions that do not reflect America’s common sense majority.
In fact, most voters agree that some level of legal protections for abortion access are necessary. Most voters, regardless of political identification, are on the same page about our most pressing issues. But the court has repeatedly refused to recognize this consensus or the reality of life in America.

We’re seeing this in Michigan and Vermont with protections for reproductive freedom, and in South Dakota and Arizona for fair and equitable health care access.
