If Scott Jensen and Matt Birk win on November 8, they will enact a Texas-style abortion ban without exceptions for rape or incest as quickly as they can. It’s a fact. 

How do we know? Because they told us. Here’s Jensen in his own words reaffirming his commitment to ending reproductive freedom in Minnesota if he’s elected:

But even though Jensen and Birk’s views are profoundly out of step with the vast majority of Minnesotans, the latest public polling shows our race is in a statistical dead heat.

John, that was before Republicans spent nearly $1 million in attack ads against Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan. Here’s the harsh reality: We need to close with the strongest Get Out The Vote push in state history to win on November 8 and keep Minnesota pro-choice.

When our election-year fundraising numbers are made public after our LAST REPORTING DEADLINE of the election on October 24, all eyes will be on us. Jensen and Birk outraised us during the last public reporting period. If we get outraised again three weeks before election day, it's game over.

To make sure that doesn’t happen, we set a public deadline goal of $500,000 – our biggest ever. It’s ambitious, but if we pull it off, there will be zero room for doubt that the momentum in this race is on our side in the closing weeks of the race.
