I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you need to know this: 

At the end of this week, my campaign faces a critical fundraising deadline, and right now, we're projected to come up short of our goals.
 
Coming up short at this point in the election could have a catastrophic impact on our ability to win this race. I don't mean to alarm you, but that's the truth. 

The latest polls show this race is TIED, and Ron Johnson's dark-money groups are pouring absurd amounts of money into Wisconsin to try to buy this seat. 

The only thing standing in their way is this grassroots team. That's why I really need you to chip in before our deadline, so I'm asking:
