In July, Arizona signed into law an Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program. This program funds students, not systems, by allowing them to choose whichever school they want to attend and then allocats over $6,500 in funds to that student.
This is one of the reasons why Arizona ranked so high on The Heritage Foundation’s Education Freedom Report Card.
