Prior to joining Ceres as the founding Managing Director of the Ceres Accelerator for Sustainable Capital Markets, I was humbled to serve as the Executive Director of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation.
So, I know what I'm saying when I tell you it's the perfect venue for Evening with Ceres. I invite you and your family to join us at the JFK Library for this wonderful event on October 17th.
It was inspiring to work in a building designed by architect I. M. Pei, surrounded by the evidence of President Kennedy's remarkable accomplishments in less than three years in the White House.
Ceres knew that the Evening with Ceres program caliber had to match that of the JFK Library—Sarah Bloom Raskin, her husband, Congressman Jamie Raskin, Meghna Chakrabarti from WBUR, Ceres CEO Mindy Lubber and others—and indeed it will.
At Evening with Ceres you'll have a chance to tour the museum. You'll see the powerful impact JFK's Presidency has today, from the creation of the Peace Corps, to the designation of the Cape Cod National Seashore preserving tens of thousands of acres of land for the public, and from his inspirational words for young people, to the launch of the space race and so much more.
I can assure you, if you haven’t been in years or you’ve never been, you will leave inspired by history, by the night’s speakers and by the community right there with you at the event. Perhaps a little levity is in order too—Jackie's dresses might give you ideas for next year's Evening with Ceres
