PFAW Member,
What a year it's been. As we bring 2019 to a close, progressives have a lot to be proud of heading into the new year. From flipping the Virginia legislature, to holding Trump accountable for his lawlessness, to advancing some of the most pro-democracy legislation our nation has seen in decades, progressives stepped up big time and we need to preserve (and build on) this energy heading into 2020.
While we continue preparing for the upcoming year and the challenges we're likely to face, PFAW wants to get your feedback on what you think some of the highlights of 2019 were and what your thoughts are heading into 2020.
Feedback from PFAW members like you is essential as we continue the hard fight against the extreme GOP agenda that undermines the American Way. And while we've made great strides over the last couple of years, some of our greatest challenges are on the horizon in 2020 as Republicans prepare to do everything they can to maintain power -- including actively soliciting the help of foreign interference, openly taking steps to suppress voters in the upcoming election, and continuing to put party over country to serve.
But despite Republicans choosing to undermine our democracy, progressives are ready to win in 2020.
As a PFAW member, we know you engage in countless opportunities to promote progressive values and resist the Far Right agenda. We deeply appreciate your ongoing efforts, support, and membership. With your ongoing support, engagement, and advocacy, we can make big wins in 2020 and we're glad to have you with us.
