Team — I just got out of a budget meeting and have some bad news. If our fundraising doesn't pick up, we may be forced to cut back on our efforts in battleground states across the country.

Earlier this month, NBC News reported that outside groups have dumped millions of dollars into 7 states to boost far-right candidates.
Around the same time, Chuck Schumer privately told a group of Senators that he’s worried about 2022.
If Democracy Defense Fund is forced to limit our efforts in battleground states — that forecast will only get darker.
