I’ve got 20 minutes before my next event, so I wanted to send you a quick email about the latest in my campaign against Chuck Grassley.

Iowa was one of the closest Senate races in 2020, and it’s going to be even closer this November. Every poll shows Grassley is more unpopular than he’s ever been, and I’m gaining ground quickly. We’re in a statistical tie in the latest polling.

I’m running for Senate because our democracy is under attack. We need to take real action to stop gun violence, protect voting rights, and finally get corrupting money out of our politics.

But Chuck Grassley has no interest in any of that. His big source of cash is corporate PAC checks from the NRA and Faux News – yes, even Fox “News” gave Grassley a big campaign check last quarter.

Whether or not we win and turn Iowa blue will decide if Democrats keep control of the Senate – or hand the reins off to obstructionist Mitch McConnell. That’s why I’m staring down unprecedented amounts of Super PAC spending.

I’m ready to fight for everyday Iowans in the Senate. I’m not taking a dime of corporate PAC money. But with the polls this close, I need your immediate help now to fight back against the lies being told about me, and to win.
