Friends,
If you're like me, you've been feeling hopeless and heartbroken about
the treatment of asylum seekers. We need to fight for them—and today's the day to do
it, with big protests starting at noon. See our Solidarity
section below to learn more.
The connections between immigration and the climate crisis are
undeniable. As climate change worsens, we will confront a
migration crisis unlike anything we've seen before. When the
road gets rocky, we need to keep a tight grip on our humanity and
never, ever let it go.
In solidarity,
Rosemary Mosco

Sign the Petition to Bring Green Energy to Lowell:
Let’s bring green energy to Lowell through Community Choice
Aggregation! Lowell hires a bulk buyer of electricity for all
residents and businesses. This is the energy supplier we see on our
National Grid bill, unless we opt out. Right now it’s all dirty energy
except for the minimum the State requires (just 14%). We can do
better! Tell the City Council: Lowell’s electricity should be green!
Sign the petition here.
Write a Letter to the Editor: 350 Mass members write
lots of letters to the editor, many of which get published! Here are
