This holiday season, I am reflecting on the progress we've made in the House with our new majority. We've passed more than 400 bills since January – about 275 of them bipartisan – addressing prescription drug costs and preexisting conditions, nondiscrimination, election security, the environment, universal background checks, protecting seniors and consumers, and more.
It's also been a year in which we've fought to hold the Trump administration accountable. Our efforts uncovered reckless disregard for the law, for democracy, and for our national security.
Through it all, I've always held onto this value – we must continue to strive for a better future for Oregonians, for Americans, and for our planet.
At year's end, I want to thank you for your generous support and wish you a safe and happy holiday season.
Best,
