After a stellar performance in last week’s debate, Gov. Lujan Grisham is gearing up for round two! She’s scheduled to face off against her GOP opponent Wednesday, Oct. 12 – and if we’re going to be ready for his next onslaught of attacks, we need all the help we can get. Supporting Educators

Gov. Lujan Grisham raised pay for educators, and it’s paying off in the classroom. A new report found that over 300 new teachers are now working in New Mexico schools this year. With the semester in full swing, those additional teachers make a big difference in providing students with the best possible education.

Additionally, Gov. Lujan Grisham signed an executive order to streamline paperwork for educators – saving teachers about 3,500 hours per year.That means more time spent on lesson plans and in the classroom – educating our state’s next generation of leaders.

Voter Outreach

With Election Day right around the corner, Team MLG is ramping up our efforts to get out the vote. We're running phone banks, knocking on doors, and spreading the word about the Governor's agenda to keep New Mexico blue.
