Vote by mail ballots are being mailed to voters across the country. But guess who’s still in charge of the U.S. Postal Service … Donald Trump’s Postmaster General Louis DeJoy.
This is the same Louis DeJoy who had mail processing machines dismantled and mailboxes removed leading up to the 2020 presidential election.
This is the same Louis DeJoy who is raising postal rates, closing post offices, and slowing our mail delivery.
And now, Louis DeJoy is planning to drastically shrink the USPS workforce, cutting 50,000 jobs.
The good news is that two pro-DeJoy members of the USPS Board of Governors will soon reach the end of their terms. This is the only body that can fire DeJoy.
