John,

We wanted to make sure you saw this article, featuring Raph Graybill in today’s New York Times discussing a Montana case before the United States Supreme Court:

You can read the full article here: Montana Battle Over Aid for Religious Schools Reaches Supreme Court

The case is about the role of public funds in financing religious schools. The Montana Constitution does not allow public money to be diverted from public school system to support religious schools. Raph is one of the key lawyers on the case defending Montana’s Constitution

You can learn more about the case here:
Brief for Montana. Montanans, who wrote our constitution, believed public education is the state’s highest purpose. This is an important case, and one that could have a tremendous impact on the strength of our public school system.

Raph is a proud product of Montana’s public schools and a graduate of Great Falls High. As your Attorney General, he’ll never stop fighting for our public schools.
