As an Army veteran, it sickens me that my representative would stand by and watch while thousands of my fellow Veterans go hungry.

Yesterday, the House of Representatives passed a bill to assist veterans facing food insecurity and lack of nutrition. 

The bill gained enormous bipartisan support. Only 49 legislators voted against it -- led by Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene. 

Greene was joined by others from the MAGA caucus, including Louie Gohmert, Matt Gaetz, Paul Gosar, and others. 

We have to ask: Why does Marjorie Taylor Greene disrespect our veterans? How could she oppose legislation designed to help them get food?! 

The people of Georgia’s 14th District care about our veterans. That’s why we’re supporting Marcus Flowers, the Democratic Army Veteran running to unseat her.
