John, we have some really bad news:
We fell short of our goal last night.

This couldn't have come at a worse time. Last night’s deadline was one of the most important of the entire cycle – and if we don’t make up for that lost ground ASAP, we could end up turning off ads and cutting critical programs in the final 37 days!

With our most fundamental rights in the hands of the states and Republican governors leading the charge for a national abortion ban and widespread voter suppression, Dem govs are ESSENTIAL to this fight. We must protect incumbent governors and fight like hell to flip neck-and-neck races in Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Georgia! But this work is expensive, and right now we need more resources.

Luckily there is some good news: a group of donors has agreed to QUADRUPLE-MATCH each donation up to our emergency $75,000 goal – but only for the next 72 hours. If we fall short again we won't have the funds to pay for new ads, send reinforcements into the field, or fight back against GOP voter intimidation tactics.
