Mandela understands that hard work isn’t paying off like it used to. Too many people in Wisconsin and nationwide have been left behind while Ron Johnson works only to the benefit of himself and his billionaire donors.
People all across the country are working longer hours for less money. It’s getting harder to pay your rent or mortgage, harder to pay for health care and education. Yet big corporations and CEOs are bringing in larger profits than ever before.
It’s time to guarantee opportunity for everyone. That means:
- Jobs we can support a family on
-An education we can build a future on
- Farms run by families
- Health care that protects our health, not the wealth of corporations
- The courage to tackle climate change
- Access to reliable reproductive care
- The principles to protect our democracy and our right to vote
- Ensuring the ultra-wealthy and large corporations pay their fair share in taxes
Mandela will never back down from fighting for policies to end corporate greed, rebuild the middle class, and create the changes our country needs right now.
