"Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously."

Africa & Europe
Praise God for a conviction in Gulu, Uganda this past week. A man was convicted and sentenced to three years in prison for sexually assaulting a high school student. Pray for the survivor as she receives support and care from IJM’s aftercare team.
Latin America
Pray for the people who have lost their homes, especially women and children who are now more vulnerable to different types of violence. We ask our Heavenly Father to protect them and help local authorities to work quickly to support them. Two weeks ago, hurricane Fiona hit the Dominican Island after causing severe damage to Puerto Rico. Our staff is well, but over 12,000 people were displaced from their homes due to floods and the island lost power. This type of disaster puts vulnerable populations at greater risk of violence.
South Asia
Praise God for a group of students from families that survived bonded labor who are now starting at university this fall. These young people all came from families who had been trapped in brick kilns, rice mills, rock quarries, and other abusive businesses. But today, they are focused on their education and building a more dignified future. Pray for IJM staff who are helping them settle at local universities and pray for these young people as they become the first in their families to attend college.
Asia Pacific
Pray to the Lord for courage and faith to follow our call – even when it means taking risks. Ask Him to protect us from matters that prevent us from fulfilling our purpose. Please God help us to trust in you and feel your never-ending love and presence.
IJM Global Office & Partners
IJM global office is located in the United States. IJM has Partner Offices in Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, South Korea, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Pray for God to help us heal from storms that come our way. In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that hit some southeast parts of the United States, we ask the Lord to be our rock. We ask him not to be alarmed or fearful. Pray for those who were affected by the floods, lack of power and for those who are now with no shelter or protection.
The updates we share on survivors or their cases can become sensitive over time. To respect and protect
them, please refrain from posting these prayer requests online.
