John,

I know you’ve heard a ton from my team and me over these past few days. So, I’ll make this quick:

Rachel, our finance director, just gave me the update that we’re $8,374 short of our fundraising goal before tonight’s FEC deadline. We only have a few hours left before we have to close the books at midnight. This will be our last quarterly report that goes public before ballots are counted.

Will you rush your first donation of $5, $25, or even $50 to my campaign to flip CA-45 from red to blue? Here’s a good link: [link removed]

When I'm out on the campaign trail and meeting voters in the 45th District -- it's clear folks are not content standing on the sidelines while our values are being threatened. People are stepping up, and it's clear something special is happening that’s bigger than just our campaign.

Now that this race is one of Democrats’ “best pickup opportunities” in the country, your support is absolutely critical to our success ahead of Election Day. If you can, please make a $3 donation before our deadline hits midnight tonight. Every dollar counts.

Thanks for all that you do,

Jay
