Hi John,
I know everything happening in Washington, D.C. has taken over the national conversation, so I wanted to take a moment to talk about some of the work we’re doing for Florida’s 9th District.
I’m proud to say that in 2019, we secured $300 million for things like hurricane relief, agriculture, housing for the elderly, and lower prescription drug prices. These accomplishments have improved the quality of life of Central Floridians and will continue to do so for years to come.
Just last week, I also supported legislation that would bring 750,400 Florida jobs and guarantee protections for workers. Hardworking Americans deserve these things; and I’m proud to be fighting for everyone’s right to be treated fairly.
In 2020, I’m committed to building on the work we’ve done this year and ensuring that we make even more progress. When we come together, the possibilities are endless.
