America is facing a new threat: Woke Racism & its Equity Agenda…  

This toxic ideology has infected nearly all of America's institutions–Big Business, Big Education, and Big Government. It is a grave threat, but thankfully we at America First Legal have begun to fight back through our newest creation: The Center for Legal Equality.

We established the AFL Center for Legal Equality in response to the new “equity” crusade. It is an initiative to facilitate legal representation to victims of both private and public sector discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics like race, sex, and religion. You might have noticed some of our work in this area, such as our lawsuit against Texas A&M [[link removed]], or our lawsuit against Amazon [[link removed]], or any of the many complaints that we have filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. And we’re just getting started.

Our nation’s legal and constitutional order is predicated on the idea that all citizens, regardless of who they are or where their families come from, are entitled to full and equal treatment under the law. This is a bedrock of our entire system of justice. Yet, a pernicious doctrine has taken hold in the elite power centers of our country, which decrees that people must be judged expressly based upon their race, their gender, sexual preference, and their overall worldview – and either be rewarded or punished accordingly…

This fundamentally anti-American ideology must be defeated.

We at America First Legal are leading the fight to stop this woke corruption and remove this Marxist Equity Agenda from our Nation’s institutions- and all of American civil life!
