MARCH ON is dedicated to increasing voter turnout and driving Democrats to the polls. Our data-driven solutions helped defeat Donald Trump in in 2020. Now, we're gearing up to hold the House and Senate in 2022 to advance our progressive agenda.

Friend – Last week, Senate Republicans voted down the DISCLOSE Act, which would have increased transparency in our elections.

But we can send a message to anti-democracy Republicans by passing the Ballot DISCLOSE Act at the state level.

Today is California Governor Gavin Newsom’s deadline to sign the Ballot DISCLOSE Act into law – Will you sign our joint petition to demand that Governor Newsom sign the act and set a strong precedent for the rest of the country? >>

The Ballot DISCLOSE Act will increase election transparency by ensuring that ALL voters know who is for and against ballot measures – it would require a short and easy-to-read list of the supporters and opponents of each ballot measure, right on the ballot.

This act would also level the playing field so that nonprofits and other trusted organizations can make their voices heard on ballot measures, without being outspent by wealthy corporations.

After Senate Republicans voted down the DISCLOSE Act at the federal level, we must take action to support election transparency now!

Thank you for your advocacy,
