Midnight marks the LAST Pre-election FEC fundraising deadline in our campaign to unseat GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy. We've come a long way, and with this final deadline coming up, I wanted to take a moment to remind you why I'm in this race.

It's pretty simple:

I'm a mother, a wife, and a Public School educator who has spent decades teaching students in this district. I've met hundreds of parents and work hard every day to improve the lives of the kiddos I serve. I'm sick and tired of seeing our community come dead last -- in income, job opportunities, environmental quality, and so much more.

Kevin McCarthy hasn't just ignored our community, he’s working against us. He's out for vain leadership roles, plays politics, and appeases far-right extremists at every turn. Someone needed to step up. That's what I've always done, and it's why I'm in this race:

We have a robust plan to deploy mailers and on-the-ground organizers to let undecided voters know there's a strong alternative to McCarthy. Before tonight's deadline, please chip in $5 to fully fund our efforts so we can finally send an honest voice to Congress.
