Team — I’ve read a gazillion polls in my life, and very few have made me as worried as the latest Marquette poll on Wisconsin's U.S. Senate race.

It has Ron Johnson LEADING Mandela Barnes by one point, and this race is gonna come down to the wire.

Ron Johnson and his allies are SIGNIFICANTLY outspending Mandela’s campaign. They are pouring millions of dollars into disgusting and misleading attack ads to try to defeat him. And I hate to say it, but the attacks appear to be working.

Mandela has a big FEC fundraising deadline tonight at midnight, and he needs your help. Seriously. So I'm asking:

Can you make a contribution to Mandela Barnes' campaign for U.S. Senate before tonight's FEC deadline at midnight? He desperately needs your support so he can stay on the path to victory in this race.

If Democrats lose in Wisconsin, then Mitch McConnell will become Senate Majority Leader again. Those are the stakes of this race, plain and simple.

So we cannot rest on our laurels. Defeating Ron Johnson and taking on all of his dark-money groups won't be a walk in the park. And this is a MUST-WIN seat if Democrats are going to defend and expand the Senate majority.

If you still need convincing, then let me remind you again that Mandela has a HUGE FEC deadline coming up at midnight tonight. And I mean huge. It's not an exaggeration to say that what he raises before this deadline could be a make-or-break moment for his campaign.

I promised Mandela that this grassroots team would help him hit his goals before this deadline. We can't let him come up short. So I am personally asking you again:

Can you rush a contribution to Mandela Barnes before tonight's FEC deadline? We CAN flip Wisconsin's Senate seat, but only if Mandela has you with him.
