I’ll cut right to the chase — I’m a progressive. But a few months ago, I interviewed Evan McMullin, and recognized immediately that his candidacy represents something far bigger than partisan politics.

Evan understands that the fate of our democracy is on the ballot, and that’s a message that should resonate with all of us, regardless of political affiliation.

So while Evan and I might not see eye-to-eye on all issues, he’ll stand up for our democracy, and that’s what counts. With that said, I’m writing to ask for your support in helping Evan’s campaign reach their crucial End-of-Quarter fundraising goal before midnight.

If we want to purge far-right, anti-democracy Senator Mike Lee from the U.S. Senate, then supporting Evan before tonight’s deadline is how we get it done. Please, would you donate $25 before it’s too late?

Evan has earned the support of Democrats, independents and pro-democracy Republicans all across Utah. In fact, they’ve united together to give Evan a 1-point lead over Senator Lee in a recent poll.

But as we’ve seen over the last several years, the far-right, anti-democracy movement will NOT go down without a fight. And right now, extremist special interest groups are pumping millions into Utah to save Lee’s campaign.

Democracy is on the ballot — and supporting principled candidates like Evan is the ONLY way to ensure we protect our democratic republic.
