PREVENTING ORGANIZATIONS WITH TIES TO THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY FROM PURCHASING LAND NEAR AMERICAN MILITARY BASES
Traveling across the 4th District on my 39 County Tour, I have heard from countless Iowans who are concerned about the Chinese Communist Party’s mission to buy up American land.
As the strongest nation in the world, we cannot allow groups with close ties to the CCP to purchase American land near our military bases, which is a direct threat to our national security. I will continue to work with my colleagues to hold the CCP accountable and stand up for Iowa farmers and our troops.

SPEAKING WITH FOLKS FROM THE NACDS

The health and wellbeing of Iowans is a top priority for me, and I’ll continue to be a strong voice for expanding healthcare in our rural communities and across Iowa.

BIPARTISAN LEGISLATION TO FULLY SUPPORT FAMILIES OF 9/11 VICTIMS
September 11, 2001 is a day that will forever live in infamy. Thousands of Americans lost their lives at the hands of pure evil and countless more lost loved ones and family members.
While the pain of that awful day will never fully heal, it is our fundamental responsibility to ensure that the family members of 9/11 victims receive the compensation and support they deserve. I am proud to support the Fairness for 9/11 Families Act to honor our solemn promise to those who experienced unthinkable tragedy and support our fellow Americans.

MY PRECISION AGRICULTURE LOAN PROGRAM ACT
Yesterday, I introduced the Precision Agriculture Loan Program Act with my colleague Congresswoman Cheri Bustos from Illinois to establish the first-ever precision agriculture loan program in the USDA's Farm Service Agency.
This legislation would offer farmers loans of up to $500,000 between 3 and 12 years in length at interest rates of less than 2%. I am proud that this bill will ensure our agricultural community can access low-interest loans to expand their precision agriculture operations and be successful.
