We hate to be so direct, but we wouldn’t be asking if it weren’t important. After we close the books tonight, the numbers we report will be the only financial filing the public will see before Election Day.

Our opponent, far-right loyalist Michelle Steel and ally Kevin McCarthy are already on the offensive to protect her seat with nasty media tactics.

CA-45 is one of our nation’s few “toss-up” races for these midterm elections and could very well determine which party has House Control in November. But unlike Steel, we don’t cash in big checks from special interest groups – our campaign relies on individual grassroots donors like you and chipping in on emails just like this one to fuel our efforts.
