We recruit and support bold leaders who we KNOW will create transformative change as strong voices for justice in their communities and we do whatever it takes to help lead them to victory.  

And we’ve been successful. Since 2017, we’ve helped elect 24 DAs in some of America’s biggest cities and they’ve made a huge impact.

Police officers held accountable for misconduct. 

Wrongfully convicted people finally freed. 

People with mental health and substance use issues finally get the help they need instead of being sent to jail. 

Now more than ever we need those leaders. When Roe fell, we immediately knew how critical DAs were going to be in using their prosecutorial discretion to make sure that women and their doctors aren’t prosecuted for abortions.

And because of this major impact, we’ve seen unprecedented attacks against our DAs this year. Conservative mega-donors spent over $6 million to recall San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin. And now that they were successful they are using impeachments, suspensions, and any tool they have to roll back the work of our civil rights-minded DAs. 

We need to make sure that we have the resources to FIGHT BACK and stand alongside our DAs for every step of the way because we know how important this life-saving work is, and what’s at risk if conservatives are successful at rolling back our work. 

This year is a BIG opportunity to not only defend our work — but expand our movement for justice and accountability. And Election Day is coming up FAST.
