The Trump administration is relentless — but so are we. NRDC has taken the Trump administration to court 100 times since Inauguration Day and we've won 92% of the cases that have been resolved so far.

The Trump administration now is attacking the Clean Power Plan, which curbs carbon emissions from coal-fired power plants. They're trying to exploit the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge for oil and gas drilling. They're trying to remove endangered species protections all over the country.
