At 11:59:59 PM tonight, we close the books on the last full fundraising quarter of our 2022 campaign.
Here's the problem: We're still $3,790 behind where we need to be. This number is what we need to run the most robust campaign possible in the final 39 days before the election. We don't want to look back after this critical deadline and wish we could have done more.
The GOP, the press, and the public will all be able to see how much we've raised on the Federal Election Commission website. We need that number to reflect the strength of this movement for progressive change. If we have the resources, we'll keep Jamaal fighting for the priorities of NY-16 in Congress.
Another term for Jamaal is another 2 years of fighting for our progressive vision. It's another win for the small but growing progressive bloc in the House. And it's a step toward transformative change in New York and around this country.
