I’ll keep this brief, John: we’re just hours away from our September end-of-quarter deadline, and my friend Yadira Caraveo is a few donations behind her fundraising goal.
We’ve made incredible progress for hardworking Coloradans in the last few months — but all of that work could be undone if we lose the House majority. There’s too much at stake to give up, which is why I’m reaching out personally.

I grew up in a working-class family, so I know what the struggle is like for so many Americans. We need leaders who will lead by example and deliver progress for our community.
Yadira is that leader.
In the state legislature, Yadira’s fought to deliver real results for Coloradans. Her work to invest in our public schools, lower prescription drug costs, and ensure all Coloradans have access to paid family and sick leave is making a difference in our communities. We need that determination in Washington.
But the reality is Republicans are hell-bent on retaking Colorado — and they’re placing a massive target on Yadira. But they don’t know the strength of this grassroots team like I do. We need to fight back against their attacks now.

Yadira Caraveo is a pediatrician, state representative, and daughter of immigrants. Her parents raised her and her siblings on her father’s construction worker’s salary in Adams County.
