*Home and Community Based Settings (HCBS) Virtual Informational Session for Waiver Members and their Families*

The final date of March 17, 2023, for states to comply with the Home and Community Based Settings (HCBS) Federal Rule is fast approaching.  The Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS) recognizes that there have been many communications and updates during this compliance process which may be confusing.   OADS is inviting Waiver Members and Families to an informational session where we will provide a high-level overview of the HCBS rule, an update of the compliance requirements and process and allow time for attendees to ask questions about what these changes may mean for you or your family member.
