When have I ever emailed you two days in a row?

I know, it's a lot. But there’s a really important reason. This fall, we're at a crossroads, and a lot of the freedoms and protections we take for granted are on the line.

With just hours until tonight's $100,000 fundraising deadline, I hear that we're just a few gifts shy of meeting our goal! Will you chip in before midnight and help push us over the top? (Remember, every dollar you donate will double in impact!)

This year, we saw Trump Republicans and the Supreme Court chip away at the EPA's ability to do its job and hold corporate polluters accountable. We've seen them demolish Roe v. Wade and leave millions of people frightened and unsure of what the future will hold.

I am angry and terrified of what will happen if we don't fight.

Thankfully, the NRDC Action Fund is leading the fight against polluters — to protect our planet, our water, our land and our communities. But they can't do it without us.

At the same time, they're fighting to ensure that the recently passed Inflation Reduction Act is implemented as swiftly as possible, and pressuring the Biden administration to implement this climate-saving law with all the power it has.

Speaking of the Inflation Reduction Act, isn't it amazing what we were able to do when we came together to push for bold climate action? We secured massive climate investments that will go a long way towards building our clean energy future!

If we show up and vote for climate champions in November, there's no telling where we can go next. But if pro-polluting forces win this November, you better believe they're going to try and roll back that historic win. Will you help me make sure that doesn't happen?
