I’ll be blunt: Right now, we’re in one of the most competitive races in the country, and we can’t afford to lose any momentum.

With Roe overturned and the Voting Rights Act demolished by the Supreme Court, our most fundamental rights are in the hands of our governors. While I’m focused on fighting to defend our progress, my opponent Tudor Dixon is hell-bent on stripping it away.

She has repeatedly pushed lies about the 2020 election, among other conspiracies. She has vowed to enforce Michigan’s dangerous 1931 abortion ban and wants to slash funding to our schools.

But this fight isn’t happening in a vacuum.

In states like Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, governors’ races will determine whether or not abortion is protected or criminalized for millions of Americans. National groups and special interests have spent millions of dollars to attack me and my fellow governors. To beat them and their big-money allies, we’ll need a surge of grassroots support.
