Here's where we're at:

In August, Jamaal won the primary election after months of right-wing
Republican efforts to dissolve our people power. From massive
redistricting to delaying the election, our opposition pulled out all of
the stops to try and silence our progressive voice. But we showed the true
power of our grassroots movement and we intend to continue pushing all the
way to Election Day.

So, what's our goal and why is it important?

This upcoming election, there will be so much at stake for NY-16 and
communities that look just like ours. But we know that our Republican
opposition will spare no expense to slow us down. That's why we need to
have the tools and resources to continue organizing, mobilizing, and
building our grassroots power so Jamaal can continue fighting for our
values in Congress. That means, we need to reach each and every one of our
fundraising goals, and continue honing in on opportunities to support our
community at every corner.

Sounds like a plan! What can I do to support our movement?

Jamaal and our team really need your help to push our fundraising to where
it needs to be before the end of the quarter. As a grassroots funded
movement, we refuse to take a single penny of super PAC or interest group
money.
