Here are some principles that Ike stands for, and that the people of this district are demanding and not getting from their current representative: universal healthcare, good local jobs, rural infrastructure, and robust funding for education.
Here are some things that Ike does NOT stand for: the climate change denial that is destroying agriculture in this district; a broken healthcare system that leaves working people bankrupt for basic care; and the extremists that treat women like second-class citizens.
Ike is running to defeat the fascists and anti-democratic Republicans who are trying to cement their power by suppressing our fundamental right to vote and rigging the system in their favor. But bold, authentic candidates like Ike McCorkle rely on real people to fuel their campaigns.
