Team, USA Today just released their midterm analysis – and the outcome of these 8 NewDem races will determine control of Congress in November.
Elissa Slotkin (MI-07), Chris Pappas (NH-01), Tom Malinowski (NJ-07), Henry Cuellar (TX-28), and Abigail Spanberger (VA-07) are NewDem incumbents running to defend their seats in extremely tight races.
