There are over half a million registered voters in PA-12, John.
My job, as Team Summer’s Field Director, is not only to reach out to these known voters, but the thousands who may have never voted before.
With the opening of our second field office and only 40 days left until Election Day, making sure we stay on budget is more important than ever. Can you chip in $5 or even a little more to help us meet our $25,000 goal by tomorrow at midnight?
Let me be clear: People who do not vote are not lazy or apathetic, but have time and time again been left behind by the political status quo. It’s our job to spread Summer’s vision on labor, environmental justice, reproductive rights, and building a multigenerational and multiracial movement in Allegheny County and let these folks know that there is a real, people-powered candidate in their corner.
This is our opportunity to organize in communities that have been left behind. Building a movement of engaged volunteers is a large task and requires numerous resources — and those costs add up!
We are 84% of the way to hitting our end-of-quarter goal, and I know we can make it if we all chip in what we can! Please, John, I’m asking you to help us keep up our organizing power on the ground so we can turn out record numbers on November 8! Can you contribute to our campaign today?
In community,
Kacy McGill
Field Director, Summer Lee for Congress
