I’ve been in politics for ages, so trust me when I say:
-- Tony’s got the best shot in the country to unseat a GOP Congressman.
-- My man could DEFEAT anti-choice Don Bacon.
-- His victory could HAND the Democrats the House.
But Republicans are panicking -- they just dropped $2.3 million in TV attacks against Tony!
John, I’ve seen what $2.3 million in attack ads can do -- and it ain’t pretty.
So here’s the plan: Today alone, Tony has to raise $8,926 to ramp up his ads program to respond to attacks, hire staff, and spread his message to over 12,000 voters. If we fail, his chances of flipping this critical seat will plummet. I only ask when it’s critical, John: Can ya chip in $15 before Tony’s last End of Quarter Deadline? >>
To be frank, we NEED someone like Tony in Congress.
He was a science teacher. He dealt with middle schoolers! If those kids didn’t prepare Tony for striking compromises in Congress, I don’t know what will.
Seriously though: Tony’s opponent is anti-abortion, anti-gun safety, and voted against capping prescription drug prices. And now, he’s facing voters in a district Joe Biden won by 6.5 points.
Tony can win this race, and it could cost Republicans their chance at the House. So that’s why I’m asking: Could you chip in $15 before Tony’s last and most important End of Quarter Deadline? Our Democratic Majority is hinging on this race. >>
