It’s OUTRAGEOUS.
We’ve JUST provided legal analysis directly to state officials that are in the best position to directly challenge the VA’s attempt to violate state law to perform illegal abortions. And it’s just the beginning of our legal fight.
In just days, we will also be filing a formal legal comment to oppose HHS’s unconstitutional new rule that is trying to label medical professionals refusing to commit abortion as somehow unlawful “discrimination.” This proposed new pro-abortion rule clearly violates the Constitution and federal law protecting conscious rights.
I literally argued and won the case at the Supreme Court decades ago that held that opposition to abortion is NOT an “invidiously discriminatory animus.” Now we’re taking the fight to Biden’s pro-abortion bureaucracy. Doctors and nurses should NEVER be forced to perform abortions.
