| Dr. Yang’s research is focused on lung cancer in individuals who have never smoked in their lifetime (never smokers). As many as a quarter of lung cancers occur in never smokers, however, the causes are largely unknown. Dr. Yang expects to find novel drug targets and improve patient care for never smokers.
